2. Description of Services & Community Hub

The North GA Local is a community resource and local networking initiative dedicated to North Georgia residents, businesses, visitors, and organizations. Services include:

• Community networking hubs across Facebook Groups, Instagram, and official pages
• Free and premium local business directory listings
• Regional event calendars, updates, and community highlights
• Marketing, speed-to-response, and automation solutions provided by Simple Acceleration Systems, LLC

3. Eligibility & User Conduct

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By participating in The North GA Local groups or submitting directory entries, you agree NOT to:

• Post spam, fraudulent advertisements, defamatory, or unlawful materials
• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against community members
• Transmit viruses, scraping bots, or unauthorized tracking software
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Send unsolicited commercial messages without express permission or compliance with applicable laws

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

By opting in to receive text messages from Simple Acceleration Systems or The North GA Local, you consent to receive automated informational, transactional, or community update messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. Data Protection Commitment

We are strictly committed to safeguarding user privacy. Simple Acceleration Systems, LLC does NOT sell, rent, or transfer consumer contact details to third parties for independent marketing. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
